After nearly a decade in the corporate styling space, I left my job to breathe life into The Muse Method. To serve individuals like you, guiding and giving you the tools to develop your personal style. Leading with inspiration, personal identity and intentional dressing always.

Throughout my career, I have found working with you, my clients, to be deeply personal. There is an empathic understanding of you and, in turn, a trust in me as your stylist. I have always taken great care in serving you and felt grateful for your trust in me.

The styling method I’ve developed consists of a transformative process unique to the service you choose. During the initial steps, I am able to get to know you better so I can provide the best possible service and outcome for your outfitting needs.

I created The Muse Method to empower you to do three things: identify your inspiration, develop your personal style and ultimately become your own muse - whether that be in your personal life or professional one.

We all deserve to be someone's inspiration, and it starts for YOU here and now.

Read on to see how the brand concept came to me, along with some fun facts that make me, me!

It started with a snake...

Inspiration lives at the core or everything I do. When I was envisioning what my brand would be, I took time each day to take in everything around me. I didn’t rush the vision.

There were times I felt lost in my purpose and the eventual state of my brand, but then one day, it just clicked. I saw a picture of a snake and next to it an outfit with what would become my color story. The same day a flood of brainstorming that led to the name of my styling company, ‘The Muse Method.’

Inspiration comes slowly...then all at once. And suddenly you can’t contain it.

Discovering your personal style is a journey. And we take a scenic train of inspiration and self-reflection to get there. You must unveil your inspirations before you become your own.

Take it from me. I stood by studying, watching, taking in everyone else’s style. Wishing desperately I had something of my own.

Eventually, I realized — I was gathering pieces of myself all along.

You’ve heard about the The Muse Method…want to hear about what makes me…well, me?

Hey, if I’m going to be in your closet rooting through your old sentimental hoodies with you, we should probably get to know each other, right?

Let’s start now.

I’m 1 of 3 siblings & Family is everything to me.

They’re creative, hilarious, supportive, outgoing and made me who I am.

I’m married to the love of my life.

I met my husband Will in college — he was my neighbor in student housing. We’re 11 years in, and counting! We love traveling together - we got engaged under the Northern Lights in Alaska!

i have a bernedoodle named luna.

She gives us purpose, keeps us laughing and gets us outside to touch grass. She has a major personality. Say hi to us if you see us walking about in Bellevue/Avalon!

halloween is my favorite holiday.

I love all things spooky and I loooove dressing up like my favorite film & TV characters. I love a horror flick. And anything Flanagan or Stephen King. True Crime. Do your worst, I’m not scared!

movies & tv are my entire personality.

My “movie squad” is my family. We’ve been going to the movies weekly ever since I was young. Growing up I had a tiny 2 screen theater right down the street from me. I love storytelling and I think it’s impact is priceless. Ewan McGregor is my favorite actor and his role in Moulin Rouge made me fall in love with film.

Some of my favorites are…

The Talented Mr. Ripley, Clue , Moulin Rouge, Everything Everywhere All At Once, Big Fish, 13 going on 30, Poor Things, HER, Game of Thrones, The Harry Potter Franchise, Anything Marvel, Severance, The Rehearsal, Stranger Things, Midnight Mass, Dexter

i have 12 tattoos.

I got my first tattoo when I was 18. I love the artistry of ink and how it’s written a little story through my life that serves reminders to me daily. I’ve had some of the best conversations with my tattoo artists and with strangers that approach me about them. don’t love them all, but they’re a part of me.
